Jamshedpur FC to play Nepal’s Tribhuvan Army in the opening day fixture of Durand Cup

Jamshedpur, July 10: Jamshedpur FC is all set to play Group ‘C’ inaugural match against Nepal football team Tribhuvan Army at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jamshedpur from July 24 onward.

The players will be arriving in the city soon to begin preparations on home turf as the club is gearing up for the oldest football tournament in Asia. The coaching staff view the tournament as a valuable opportunity to test combinations, build match fitness, and evaluate both senior players and emerging talent ahead of the new league season.

Jamshedpur FC will face strong opposition in the group stage. The campaign kicks off on 24 July against Nepal’s Tribhuvan Army FT, in the inaugural match.  On 29 July, they meet Indian Army FT, a consistent and competitive team and final group game on 8 August will be against Ladakh FC, making their debut in the tournament.

24 July vs Tribhuvan Army FT at 5:30 PM

9 July vs Indian Army FT at 6:00 PM

8 August vs Ladakh FC at 6:00 PM
