Jamshedpur, August 16: Jamshedpur FC is pleased to announce the successful organization of the Futsal Tournament celebrating AIFF Futsal for All Day. The event showcased the thrilling 5v5 football format and witnessed enthusiastic participation from 129 athletes across multiple categories.
The tournament featured a dedicated women’s category, where Sparkler Squad emerged as Champions and Morning Star finished as Runners-up. In the other categories, Athletics Team clinched the Champions title, while the Table Tennis team secured the Runners-up position.
Adding to the unique spirit of the day, JFC fans also formed teams and played alongside JFC coaches, staff and Tata Sports Division trainees, creating a vibrant footballing atmosphere and bringing together the wider community through futsal.
Speaking on the occasion, Kundan Chandra, Head of Youth Development and Grassroots at Jamshedpur FC, said, “The Futsal for All Day tournament was a wonderful celebration of the game and its power to bring people together. It was inspiring to see women, athletes from different disciplines, fans, and our own coaches competing with passion and joy.
