Jamshedpur FC celebrates AFC Women’s Day with football festival

Jamshedpur, March 8: Jamshedpur FC marked International Women’s Day in a unique and exciting way by hosting the AFC Women’s Day Celebration at the Tata Football Academy (TFA). The event brought together over 100 women from across Jamshedpur for a fun-filled football festival.

As part of the AFC’s initiative to promote women’s football, the event featured 20 teams of 5 players each, who participated in 10 different events designed to test their strength, stamina, team building, and quick decision-making skills. The events showcased the various aspects of football while emphasizing the importance of health, wellness, fitness, and unity among women.
