Hezirdan Ramadani, Alen Stevanovic and Pratik Chaudhari attend ISL Media Day

Jamshedpur, Sept 13: Jamshedpur FC, represented by Assistant Coach Hezirdan Ramadani, Alen Stevanovic, and Pratik Chaudhari, engaged with the media during the Indian Super League (ISL) Media Day in Kolkata, shedding light on their aspirations for the upcoming season.

Jamshedpur FC’s Assistant Coach, Hezirdan Ramadani, expressed his determination, stating, “This is the season where we will make a comeback. We know how to become Champions. Last season wasn’t what we wanted, but towards the end of the campaign, we had improved, and there was a bit of momentum which we hope to take forward this year as well and start the season well. We’ve had a decent pre-season already, and I think the team is ready to bounce back from the disappointment last time out.”

Attacking midfielder Alen Stevanovic shared his enthusiasm, saying, “Coming to India and playing for Jamshedpur FC is a privilege for me, and I think this team has enough to challenge for the big trophies. This is a strong group of players from different parts of the world, but we all have the same goal of winning the ISL and making our fans happy once again.”

Defender Pratik Chaudhari echoed the positive atmosphere within the team, stating, “Yes, last season wasn’t what we hoped for, but I can already see signs of change in the way that we’re training, recovering, and even motivating each other to become the best versions of ourselves. If we put our heads down and focus on our football, there is no reason why we cannot compete for the ISL trophy this time around.”

The event brought together seven ISL clubs, including Jamshedpur FC, Mohun Bagan Super Giant, East Bengal FC, Kerala Blasters, Odisha FC, NorthEast United FC, and Punjab FC, drawing journalists from across India. The occasion commenced with a captivating photo session featuring all the club coaches and captains alongside the highly-coveted ISL trophy.

ISL Media Day also featured interactive sessions between the players and football content creators, wherein they discussed football insights, challenges, and participated in a lively photoshoot.

Jamshedpur FC will kick off their ISL season with a match against East Bengal on September 25 and will play their first home game on October 5 against Hyderabad FC. Tickets for the opening home match and subsequent home fixtures until the end of December will be available for purchase starting September 15 on the Ticket Genie platform.
