Jamshedpur, September 26: Jamshedpur FC has announced the signing of experienced goalkeeper coach Mihir Sawant for its youth teams.
Mihir, a Level-3 Goalkeeping Coach certificate holder, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the club, having worked with several top-tier teams and has won several titles as a goalkeeper coach including the Nepal National League title for Church Boys United FC , I-League title with Gokulam Kerala FC, and a runner-up finish in the Durand Cup with Mohammedans SC.
He has also won the Calcutta Football League during his stint with Mohammedans SC. This signing marks Mihir’s return to Jamshedpur FC after a previous one-year stint with the club’s youth setup. Jamshedpur FC’s decision to bring Mihir back highlights the club’s commitment to investing in youth development by recruiting high-quality coaches with a proven track record.
