Jamshedpur: Father-son arrested over alleged car finance fraud

Jamshedpur, March 28: In Jamshedpur's Parsudih area, a case of cheating of lakhs of rupees in the name of financing a car has come to light. Taking the matter seriously, the Parsudih police raided and arrested two accused as soon as the incident came to light. After getting the information that both the accused were arrested by the police, many victims reached the Parsudih police station on Tuesday and made a written complaint.

During this, people have also made allegations openly. Both father and son are accused – Sanjay Mahato, a resident of Makdampur Munshi locality, said that the police have arrested the accused Mukesh Yadav and his father Dukhu Yadav in the case. He says that he has been cheated of Rs 1.5 lakh. For one-and-a-half years, he was promising to get the car. They got upset when the car was not found. There was apprehension that he might have become a victim of fraud.

After this, all the victims united and reached Parsudih police station on Monday itself. It has happened in the past as well. Disclosure of this type of case- Earlier also such a case was disclosed by the Parsudih police. Then in the name of financing the car, another’s Aadhaar card was used. This has not happened this time. Everyone’s papers have been taken, but no one has been given a car. Police say that the matter is still under investigation. The whole matter will be inaugurated only after the investigation.
