Jamshedpur, Mar 8: Neelu Devi, a resident of Mango Mahavir Colony, Jamshedpur, accompanied by BJP leader Vikas Singh and her family, met with Odisha Governor Raghubar Das to seek assistance in finding her missing husband, Shiv Balak Singh. The family shared the details of Shiv Balak Singh’s disappearance from Cuttack station and appealed for help in locating him. Neelu Devi, along with Vikas Singh, visited the Governor’s residence at Agrico in Jamshedpur to bring attention to the situation.

According to Neelu Devi, on February 21, she and her husband were traveling to Puri on the Utkal train to visit Shri Jagannath Dham. When a child in the same bogie fell ill on February 22, the child’s family took them to Cuttack station, and Shiv Balak Singh, feeling unwell due to the journey, also got down at Cuttack station. However, when the train left for Bhubaneswar, Neelu Devi noticed that her husband was missing. Despite searching at the Railway Hospital in Cuttack and registering a case with the GRP police station, there has been no information about Shiv Balak Singh.

The Governor assured Neelu Devi that he would request Shiv Balak Singh’s photograph and discuss the matter with the DGP of Odisha to make every possible effort to find him. BJP leader Vikas Singh highlighted that Neelu Devi has announced a reward and placed missing posters in Cuttack, but no information has surfaced after fifteen days, causing distress to the entire family. The family, along with Vikas Singh, including Sanjay Kumar Singh, Sachin Kumar Singh, and Ram Singh, met with Governor Raghubar Das seeking assistance in the search for Shiv Balak Singh.
