Jamshedpur: Extortion slur on BJP leader Abhay Singh and brothers 

Jamshedpur, June 2: BJP leader Abhay Singh has once again got embroiled in controversies. Mango’s builder Mohammed Sagir has accused Abhay Singh and his brothers Dilip Singh and Nirbhay Singh of demanding extortion.

In this regard, he has also made a written complaint in Mango police station.

Based on the complaint, the police have registered an FIR and started investigation. Mango police station in-charge Vinay Kumar said that a case has been registered on Mohamed Sagir’s complaint. It has been told in the complaint that he had taken the land of late Jeet Narayan Singh in Kashidih in the year 2012 to build a flat.

At the time of construction of the flat, Abhay Singh, Dilip Singh and Nirbhay Singh demanded extortion from them. At that time extortion of  Rs 5 lakh was given. After this, demanded extortion of two lakhs for each flat. Sagir alleged that he was demanded extortion by pointing a weapon at his temple and defamation was caused by tampering with the document under criminal conspiracy.

Nirbhay Singh said that all the allegations labelled against him are baseless. Mohammed Sagir should tell them that through which medium extortion has been demanded from them. The cost of the material used in the building has been given by him through cheque. Work is being done to trap them. He said that the information about the matter has been given to the City SP.
