Jamshedpur, August 31: The Agrico Puja Committee has commenced the construction of a grand Durga Puja pandal with a Vedic Bhoomi Pujan ceremony. A team of 40 skilled artisans from Contai, West Bengal, has been brought in for the construction, with the project budget set at twelve lakh rupees.
In addition, artisans from Belda, West Bengal, are tasked with creating an elaborate idol of Maa Durga, costing approximately one lakh thirty thousand rupees. The upcoming Durga Puja fair is expected to be a major highlight of the event.
