Jamshedpur: Drug trader Dolly Parveen’s mother, two relatives arrested over firing incident

Jamshedpur, November 6. The police is in action mode after the deadly attack on Sunday on notorious drug peddler Dolly Parveen, resident of Muslim colony in Adityapur.

A team of Adityapur police led by its station in-charge Rajan Kumar raided the Muslim colony, and detained Dolly Parveen’s mother Gol  Biwi and her two sisters-in-law, who are being interrogated in connection with the firing on Dolly Parveen on Sunday.

The entire Adityapur Muslim colony has been converted into a cantonment. Every visitor is being kept under close watch. The station in-charge said that there will be 24-hour police deployment in the Muslim colony.

At the same time, he has claimed that the accused who attacked Dolly will soon be behind the bars.

On Sunday, Dolly was shot by her nephew Chhota Raju after calling her to his house. Dolly was taken to TMH in a critical condition from where she was taken to Ranchi Apollo. Her condition remains critical.

In this, the names of Dolly’s brother Mojahid Hussain, widowed sister-in-law Baby, Baby’s son-in-law, her nephew Chhota Raju, and her lover have come to light.

Everyone is absconding after the incident. Meanwhile, on Monday, the police raided the colony and detained Dolly’s mother and her two sisters-in-law.

Dolly has recently been released from jail. His entire maternal family is involved in the brown sugar business. Whereas all the brothers-in-law including husband Kadim Khan are notorious criminals.

At present all are behind bars.
