Jamshedpur, Jan 5: Mango police arrested seven persons including a minor in connection with the loot of pizzas and cold drinks from a delivery boy of Domino’s here on Thursday.
Those arrested were identified as Suraj Munda, Pradip Yadav, Rahul Yadav, Aman Yadav and Vijay Tantubai.
According to the delivery boy Prabhjeet Singh, who lodged an FIR in this case, “I had gone to deliver 17 pizzas and cold drinks near Samtanagar at Mango yesterday night. Several boys present there took the delivery from me and thrashed me when I demanded payment.”
The accused persons also allegedly snatched money from Prabhjeet who immediately rushed to Mango police station and informed police about the incident. Acting promptly, police arrested the culprits and sent them to judicial custody. Cops recovered empty pizza boxes and cold drink bottles from the possession of the accused persons and seized two mobile phones from their possession.
