Jamshedpur: The 71st All Breed championship was conducted on day 2 of the Jamshedpur Dog Show at Loyola School Ground in Northern Town on Saturday.
The centre of attraction on the second day was Beagle Specialty Show and the Labrador Retriever Specialty Show.
57 dogs participated in Beagle Specialty show and 54 in Labrador Specialty show.
The 72nd and 73rd All Breed Championship Show will be held on the concluding day on Sunday.
Organised by Jamshedpur Kennel Club the dog show is featuring 430 dogs of 43 breeds including three Indian breeds.
Of the 43 breeds (highest ever) this year 12 breeds like Schipperke, Welsh Corgi Cardigan, Welsh Corgi Pembroke, Jack Russel Terrier, Chow Chow, Samoyed, Bichon Frise, Pekingese and Poodle Toy are participating for the first time at JKC.
Show this time has received record entries from all over the country as dog owners from
Kolkata, Bengaluru, Uttar Pradesh and others parts of India are part of the show in Jamshedpur which is one of the biggest shows in Eastern India.
