Jamshedpur, March 11: East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav has appealed to all ration card holders of the district to come forth and lodge complaint against public distribution system (PDS) dealers in case they engage in any malpractice. She assured to take stern action against PDS dealers who fail to comply with the government’s directives regarding distribution of ration.
She said the district officials would conduct surprise inspection of PDS shops on getting complaints from people. Exemplary action would be taken against errant PDS dealers, she said. The DC said complaints may be made to block development officers (BDOs) or district supply officer
