Jamshedpur: Deputy Commissioner, Ananya Mittal, held a Janta Darbar session at the Collectorate office room, listening attentively to the grievances of local residents. The session saw a diverse range of issues brought forth by the attendees, including concerns about enrollment in KGBV, free education under RTE in private schools, disabled pension, mutation issues, school transfer certificates, land disputes, and other basic facilities.

Mittal assured prompt action on the matters raised, addressing some applications immediately and forwarding others to the respective departmental officers for timely resolution. He emphasized efficient coordination among officials at block and departmental levels to expedite the processing of applications, aiming to minimize the need for multiple visits by complainants to government offices.
The Janta Darbar provided a direct avenue for residents to voice their concerns and receive assurances of administrative support, reflecting Mittal’s commitment to responsive governance and citizen-centric service delivery.
