Jamshedpur, Aug 23: A group of 10-15 boys allegedly barged into a house situated in Block A of Sonari police station area and allegedly tried to rape the house lady. They also assaulted the victim’s husband and son when they tried to intervene and stop the intruders. The victim, her husband and son were admitted to MGM Hospital. All three reportedly sustained serious injuries. They registered a police complaint on 21st August last at Sonari police station.
The accused perons were identified as Shashikant Prasad, Abha Prasad, Akshay Kumar, Akash Kumar and several others. The alleged incident took place on 3rd August around 7 pm.
The complainant alleged that all accused persons had barged into her house and tore down the clothes she wore at that time and tried to outrage her modesy. The accused persons also beat up other members in the complainant’s family and threatened them of dire consequencnces in case they did not vacate the house currently occupied by them.
The complainant alleged that the accused persons were trying to misappropriate his building.
