Jamshedpur Crime: Two more arrested in Adityapur murder case

Jamshedpur, August 25: Police arrested Ashish Das and Kishan Singh in connection with Suraj Singh Munda murder case and sent them to jail. 

Suraj Singh Munda was killed by criminals on street number-14 of PHED Colony, adjacent to Adityapur police station. The police have revealed the case by arresting Ashish Das alias Amu Das and Kishan Singh and seized a country-made pistol, two live cartridges, Police have also seized four mobile, a bike and a bullet. 

. SP Anand Prakash of Seraikela district gave this information to the journalists at Adityapur police station. Adityapur police station in-charge Rajan Kumar was also present on this occasion. It is to be known that the two accused in this murder case, Gudiya Das and Hari Om Pandit, have already been arrested by the police and sent to jail. In this way, the police have succeeded in nabbing four accused so far. However, the other three accused including Tinku Das, the master mind of the murder, are still evading arrest. The police are conducting intensive raids for their arrest. SP Anand Prakash said that there were a total of eight named accused in the case, while one FIR was an accused. Apart from Tinku Das, the police are actively looking for Saurav Das, Golu Das, Sahil Das and Jiten Paswan in this case. He told that after plotting the murder of Suraj Singh Munda, the master mind of the case, Tinku Das had gone to Kolkata a day before the murder incident, so that the police would not suspect him. However, in the investigation of the police, it became clear that Tinku Das along with his two sons and wife had conspired to kill Suraj. He told that the accused were already known to Suraj. They also used to visit each other’s houses. Later, mutual enmity started growing between them. Suraj was murdered on the night of August 13.
