Jamshedpur Crime: Accused in Ramshakal Yadav murder case nabbed from hospital

Jamshedpur, July 18: Bistupur police have nabbed the named accused in the infamous Ramshakal Yadav murder case, Krishna kumar Tapadia alias Munna Tapadia from MGM Hospital while he was getting admission into the hospital. 
The Bistupur police station OC, Vishnu Prasad Rout said that they had pasted notice of absconder at the Jayanti Apartment house of the accused on July 6 as he was absconding since the murder incident six years ago and notice had directed for production in court  before August 20. The Bistupur police had also pasted similar notice in the house of another accused in the same case at Sasaram in Rohtas district of Bihar and the police will now carry out attachment of his house in Bihar. 
The accused has ancestral house in Jugsalai Tapadia complex and was staying in a rented house at Bistupur. 
Significantly, Bagbera resident and builder Ramshakal Yadav was murdered while he was doing morning walk at Jubilee Park in Bistupur  and in the complaint lodged by the victim wife Ranju Devi, the accused were Tapadia construction partner Vikky Tapadia, Sandeep Tapadia and Munna Tapadia and other unnamed accused. 
While Vikky Tapadia and Sandeep Tapadia are on bail in the same case, the main accused in the case Upender Singh was murdered on November 30, 2016 in the Jamshedpur court premises by gangster Akhilesh Singh. 
The accused had murdered Ramshakal after being contract money by Tapadia partners. POlice had nabbed Upender Singh and others and later Upender Singh managed to get bail and had disclosed to the police that the shooters were Babua from Patna, Ravishekar from Gaya, Ranjit Choudhary from Bhojpur, Abhishek from Patna and Manoj Singh and the shooters were helped in fleeing from Jamshedpur by Nitesh Kumar Tiwary and Munmun Singh. All the shooters and the main accused were arrested and jailed by the police except Krishna Kumar Tapadia
