Jamshedpur: Covishield booster vaccines available in Kudy Mohanty Auditorium, Kadma

Jamshedpur, Jan 12: Jamshedpur has begun administering booster doses of COVID-19 vaccine to front-line workers and vulnerable elderly people as Covid cases rise.

Covishield booster vaccines are now available in Kudy Mohanty Auditorium, Kadma for non Tata Steel employees (above 60 years with comorbidities) as well. The booking for availing this service can be done by downloading TMH Vishwas app from Google PlayStore and registering yourself (if not done already). The payment will be made online in “COVID testing” screen, following which receipt will be generated confirming payment details (Amount Rs 780). Post booking the slot, the beneficiary must bring in- mobile on which booking done, Aadhaar Card/PAN Card, certificate of 2nd dose or beneficiary ID and proof of comorbidity.

Jamshedpur has been witnessing record surge in coronavirus cases as the city reported 1280 infections and 3 deaths on Wednesday, January 12.

Batting surge in Covid-19 cases, Jharkhand rolled out booster doses for the elderly with comorbid conditions and frontline workers from January 10 as part of the nationwide drive.
