Jamshedpur: Couple tied for illicit affair, rescued

Jamshedpur, March 18: On Saturday, in Jodsa village of Jodsa Panchayat of Galudih police station area, the family members caught a couple and tied them to a tree. The woman is married and is the mother of two children while the man is a bachelor.

The matter was also informed to the village chief. The incident happened at 3 am on Saturday morning. A person resident of Jodsa slept after eating and drinking with his wife and two children on Friday night. Devashish Patra woke up at 3 am on Saturday morning after hearing the cry of the child. He saw that the child was alone and the mother was not at home. He was searching outside when he saw that his wife was coming out from an under-construction house. Behind her, the Nimai Gorai was also running away from the same house. The husband tried to catch the lover but he ran away.

Here his wife ran away on foot towards Galudih as soon as she got a chance. The family members caught both of them from the station and brought them to Jodsa village.

After the information, Galudih police also reached the spot and freed both of them and took them to Galudih police station. In Galudih police station, the husband agreed to keep the wife after mutual consent considering the small children on the condition that Nimai Gorai should give a written undertaking not to come near his house again.
