Jamshedpur, Dec 6: General Observer for Assembly Elections Partha Sarathi Sen Sharma and East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner cum District Returning Officer Ravi Shankar Shukla convened a meeting with the district control room personnel on the eve of second phase polling.
They directed the control room personnel to give real time updates about polling parties, mock polls and polling percentage. They were also asked to provide gender-wise breakup of voting percentage on the day of polling.
District administration has set up a control room for polls at Jamshedpur Collectorate.
The meeting was also attended by ADC Sourav Kumar Sinha, Kanu Ram Nag and Ajay Kumar.
