Dhalbhum SDO permits gathering of 500 people

Jamshedpur, March 27: State health minister Banna Gupta visited Gopal Maidan at Bistupur on Saturday to review preparations for tomorrow’s Congress party workers’ felicitation cum convocation programme. He came here directly from Ranchi after attending the Assembly Session.
Gupta said the party workers had been working hard from the time of elections till date and that now they deserve to be honoured y the party. He said the event was being organized to motivate the party workers who are the backbone of the organization so that they perform even better.
Meanwhile, the Sub Divisional Officer of Dhalbhum has given conditional permission for the Congress party event. Only 500 party workers will be able to attend the event as per condition. However, the Congress leaders claimed to be preparing for a gathering of around 10,000 party workers. The permission for the said programme was sought by district Congress president Vijay Khan.
