Jamshedpur: East Singhbhum district Congress committee president Vijay Khan Saturday removed vice president Laddu Pandey for allegedly insulting journalists by posting a controversial message on social media. He said a three member committee would probe into the allegations leveled against Pandey by city journalists. In his post, Pandey questioned the integrity of journalists by claiming that getting paid news published was an easy job in the city. Hurt over the post, many journalists also announced to boycott the media Whatsapp group of district Congress. Taking serious note of the incident, state Congress president Ajoy Kumar ordered immediate action against Pandey.
