Jamshedpur Class XI student commits suicide

Jamshedpur, Feb 25: A 15 year old girl, Asha Dutta, resident of Sankosai Road No 1 under Mango PS committed suicide by hanging herself. She was a student of class XI at Sakchi CM School of Excellence. On discovery, her family members rushed her to MGM Hospital where doctors pronounced her dead.

Asha, who hailed from an economically struggling family background, faced familial challenges after losing her father in childhood. Her mother, the sole breadwinner, found Asha unresponsive upon returning home, leading to the rushed hospitalization. With two sisters, one married, and a brother working in Ranchi, Asha’s family members are devastated, pointing to a possible dispute between Asha and her mother preceding the tragedy.
