Jamshedpur: Despite inclement weather, Day � 3 of the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Carnival featured performances by rock groups today at the Gopal Maidan. Hardcore Rock fans enjoyed an evening of high intensity rock music where different bands played with a grand finale by the celebrity rock band of the evening The Radical Array Project (TRAP).
The Judges for the event were Saumyadeep Das of Kolkata, who is a vocalist of Bengali band Prachir and Ayub Aind from Ranchi who is the lead guitarist of Gravity band.
The full attention of the audience was on TRAP, which is an experimental Rock Band of Kolkata. They are currently one of the few emerging bands of India who are performing across the country and have done record breaking number of shows. They treated music lovers to high octane Bollywood numbers and their own compositions too.
Besides TRAP, mention must also be made of the following other bands: 3 Yards Away- Jamshedpur, Blue Bird’s- Kolkata, Beyond Horizon � Jamshedpur, Iron Horses � Jamshedpur, Outdoor- Bhubaneshwar.
At the end, first position was bagged by talented Jamshedpur Band �Beyond The Horizon� while second position was held by �The Overtime Project�. Third position was bagged by �3 Yards Away�.
