Jamshedpur Business community thanks police for solving jewellery robbery case

Jamshedpur: Representatives from the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Jamshedpur Jewellers Association met with Senior Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhum, Kishore Kaushal (IPS) today. The delegation expressed their thanks for the swift action taken by the district police in solving the robbery at MB Jewellers near Aerodrome Market under the Sonari Police Station.

The robbery, which occurred amid the tense atmosphere of the election period, had posed a significant challenge to the police force. However, prompt and effective action by the district police, led by SSP , resulted in the arrest of the culprits and the recovery of the stolen goods.

Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Vijay Anand Moonka and Honorary General Secretary Manav Kedia praised the police for their quick response and efficiency. “Thanks to the entire team, including the District Police Captain, traders’ trust in the police remains intact,” Moonka stated. He acknowledged the difficulties faced by the police in tackling such a brazen crime during a busy election period and commended their success in apprehending the criminals.

SSP Kishore Kaushal reassured the traders that the district police are committed to solving the case completely. He confirmed that the arrested individuals, who have previous records of robbery and dacoity, were captured from Chainpur in Palamu. The police have also recovered the looted jewelry based on information provided by the arrested suspects.

“The district police will soon resolve the entire case,” Kaushal assured. He expressed his appreciation for the vigilance and cooperation of the traders, which played a crucial role in the success of the police operation. Kaushal also promised that a meeting would soon be held between the Chamber and traders to discuss various important issues, including market law and order.

The delegation included several notable figures from the business community, such as Honorary General Secretary Manav Kedia, Vice President Anil Modi Abhishek Agarwal Goldie, and members of the Jewellers Association including Bipin Adesara, Kamal Singhania, Bharat Makhani, Lippu Sharma, Treasurer Anil Ringsia, Suresh Jain, Krit Adesara, Sanjay Jain, Piyush Goyal, Kaushal Jain, Mukesh Jain, Sunny Sanghi, Pritam Jain, and Krishna Soni.
