Jamshedpur, Nov 8: On the one hand we Indians pledge to hold aloft the slogan of a Clean India and on the other we resort to painting a �Dirty Picture� of our residential environment by spilling our household wastes in public places either out of incredible ignorance or just laziness to carry the garbage to the bins provided at a stone�s throw.
The above disgusting image is one in many. The unhealthy scenario is close to the Ulliyan residence of former Deputy Chief Minister and near the Jharkhand Cricket Academy Ground where budding cricketers are made to sweat it out under such offensive environs!
This in spite of JUSCO Company and in case of non Tata Steel areas JNAC providing various garbage collecting facilities to citizens! Both the agencies have garbage pickup facilities and green and blue bins for household refuse but there are certain irresponsible families that nonchalantly throw their garbage anywhere and everywhere except their own backyards and the garbage vends.
Is it Amen to the common intelligence of the so called Higher Animals?
