Jamshedpur boy Deepanshu gets admission in FTII, Pune

Jamshedpur, Aug 23: Deepanshu, a former student of Mass Communication Department, Karim City College, Jamshedpur, has been selected by the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, for pursuing PG Diploma In Television Electronic Cinematography for the academic session 2022-2023. Another student of Karim City College, Yash Kumar (academic session 2017-2020) had got admission in FTII, Pune, in the academic session 2020. He was selected for PG Diploma In Television Direction. Many students of Karim City College have earlier studied at FTII. They include Harish Bara, Krishna Soren, Kartik Kumar Bhagat and Raviraj Murmu.

Deepanshu was felicitated by the Principal of Karim City College, Dr Mohammad Reyaz, on being selected by FTII. Professor In-charge of Mass Communications Department, Dr Neha Tiwary, has also congratulated him on his success.
