Jamshedpur: District BJP president Dinesh Kumar on Monday demanded that the district administration should take stringent action against the supporters of Jharkhand bandh called on 5th July. He said the Opposition parties who had cheated on the poor and Adivasi people of the state were now raising hullaballoo over the land acquisition law. He said the administration should foil the bandh and arrest those trying to disrupt peace and harmony in the state.
Kumar said the administration should identify and prosecute those forcing traders to down their shutters and vandalizing public and private property. He said a delegation of BJP leaders would meet the SSP of Jamshedpur Anoop Birtharay tomorrow to demand action against bandh supporters.
