Jamshedpur BJP leader Abhay Singh released from Ghaghidih Central Jail

Jamshedpur, Oct 16::BJP leader Abhay Singh was released from Ghaghidih Central Jail amidst a grand welcome by party workers and supporters on Monday evening.
Singh expressed his faith in the judiciary, attributing his arrest to a political conspiracy and connivance of the district administration. He emphasized the district administration’s alleged confusion in presenting the facts surrounding the Kadma incident.
Singh, arrested six months ago in connection with the Shastri Nagar riot case, had been in jail facing three separate cases. The recent grant of bail by Jharkhand High Court Justice Anil Kumar Chaudhary paved the way for his release. Singh, upon securing the bail paper, walked out from Ghaghidih Central Jail after paying a bail bond of Rs 25,000 each in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Utkarsh Jain.
Singh, accompanied by defense counsel Advocate Prakash Jha, reiterated his confidence in the legal process. The BJP leader had previously secured bail in cases related to the Shastri Nagar riot and communal disturbance in Jugsalai.
Warmly welcomed by party members
