Jamshedpur, May 19: As the Narendra Modi-led central government completed nine years in power, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will organise a series of programs across the country through a special public relations campaign from May 30 to June 30. The campaign commenced with a public meeting addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during which the party aimed to connect with one lakh special families through a door-to-door contact campaign.

On the occasion of Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee’s death anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with workers from 10 lakh booths via video conference. To ensure the success of the campaign and prepare the outline of various programs, the BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar unit organized a district-level workshop at the Chamber Bhawan in Bistupur, which was attended by prominent party leaders, including BJP’s National Vice President and former Chief Minister Raghubar Das, MP Bidyut Baran Mahto, and State General Secretary Balmukund Sahay.

During the workshop, several aspects were discussed to ensure the comprehensive success of the upcoming programs. The workers received training on the 30-day campaign, which included detailed information about the Maha Jan Sampark Abhiyan (mass contact campaign), Aajiwan Sahyog Nidhi, and other initiatives. The meeting emphasized the need to disseminate the public welfare policies and achievements of the Narendra Modi government among the public and organize programs at all mandal booths.

Addressing the workshop, BJP’s National Vice President and former Chief Minister Raghubar Das expressed pride in the achievements of the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past nine years. Das mentioned that under the leadership of Narendra Modi, the politics of development and inclusiveness had gained momentum in the country, leading to significant improvements in the lives of ordinary citizens. Balmukund Sahai, the State General Secretary of the BJP, provided detailed information about the programs scheduled from May 30 to June 30. He emphasized the importance of organizing meetings at the district, divisional and booth levels, as well as planning for financial cooperation from society. The collection of funds will be encouraged through persuasion rather than pressure. Additionally, various events such as Prabudhjan Sammelan, meetings with social media influencers, press conferences, business class conferences, development pilgrimage tours, joint conferences, and beneficiary conferences will be organized. Furthermore, special programs have been planned for Yoga Day on June 21.

State Minister Subodh Singh Guddu outlined the campaign’s objectives, stating that various programs would be organized at the district, mandal, power centers, and booths from May 30 to June 30. The campaign aims to establish extensive public relations, connect with beneficiaries, and engage different sections of society. The programs will also seek to highlight the policies and achievements of the Modi government while informing the public about the failures of the state government led by Hemant Soren.

The BJP’s special public relations campaign will be aimed to commemorate the nine years of the Narendra Modi government and convey its accomplishments and initiatives to the people of India. With a range of events and engagements planned at different levels, the campaign seeks to strengthen the party’s connection with the public and garner support for its future endeavors. (w/nm)
