Jamshedpur: Bihar Deputy CM urges support for Saryu Roy, calls for clean governance in Jharkhand

Jamshedpur, November 11: Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha appealed to voters in Jamshedpur West to support Saryu Roy by pressing the cylinder symbol. He said that Saryu Roy was a candidate known for his integrity. At a press conference, the Bihar Deputy Chief Minister criticized Congress candidate and Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta, labeling him as a “scam king” and accused him of obstructing development.

Vijay Kumar Sinha praised Saryu Roy’s efforts in exposing the fodder scam, which led to the conviction of Lalu Prasad Yadav. Describing Roy as a champion of good governance, he urged voters to elect Roy to facilitate an NDA government in Jharkhand, promising collaborative development efforts with the central government if elected.

Sinha noted the impact of Jharkhand’s law-and-order challenges, including rising crime and mafia activity, and highlighted the achievements of Bihar’s “double-engine” government in curbing crime and boosting revenue. He urged Jharkhand voters to choose good governance over corruption.

The Deputy CM also criticized the Congress, calling it “the mother of corruption” and accused it of weakening democratic institutions. Bihar’s Rural Development Minister Shravan Kumar and other JDU leaders attended the event.

Jamshedpur, November 11: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha held multiple meetings across Jamshedpur in support of NDA candidate Saryu Roy for the Jamshedpur West Assembly seat. In each meeting, he encouraged voters to support Roy by voting for the cylinder symbol, stressing the importance of Saryu Roy’s leadership for development in the region.

Sudhir Singh, the program coordinator accompanying Vijay Kumar Sinha, highlighted Sinha’s endorsement of Roy’s character and dedication to public service. Sinha emphasized that “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Together with all, development for all) can only be achieved if NDA candidates succeed in Jharkhand.

Sinha also visited the residence of a Brahmarshi Samaj leader to offer condolences on the passing of Namdhari Ji’s wife. He then met Brahmarshi Samaj members in Mango and Kadma, appealing for their support for Roy. Additionally, Sinha attended a program at Rajendra Vidyalaya, where he underscored the importance of unity, echoing Prime Minister Modi’s message on collective security and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s call for communal harmony.
