Jamshedpur, April 30. Jamshedpur Bar Association members reached Ghaghidih Central Jail to meet jailed advocate Chandan Choubey in the communal violence in Shastri Nagar of Kadma police station area.
During this, the situation was known by meeting former Bar Association President Ratin Das, Ad-hoc Committee Secretary Anil Tiwari, Joint Secretary Rajhans Tiwari and other advocates including BJP leaders Sudhanshu Ojha, Abhay Singh. Joint Secretary Rajhans Tiwari, who was present on the occasion, said that the issue of handcuffing Chandan Choubey would also be raised in the Bar Council of India.
It may be known that in the Kadma nuisance case, after a dozen Hinduist leaders were sent to jail, advocate Chandan Choubey had gone to submit a memorandum to the SSP that no innocent should be sent to jail. Later, he was arrested and sent to jail.
