Jamshedpur, April 15: The office bearers of the Adhoc Committee of Jamshedpur District Bar Association have tendered their resignation on Saturday. The main reason for resigning is that some advocates were not supporting the decision taken by the Adhoc Committee, regarding this dispute the Adhoc Committee has tendered its resignation.
Its copy has been sent to the Bar Council of Jharkhand. Overall, the people of the committee were very upset due to factionalism. Instead of accepting the decision, the people of the opposition group are trying to get their own decision convinced.
A committee of four members was formed on the instructions of the Bar Council: A four-member team was included in the Adhoc Committee on behalf of the State Bar Council, Ranchi. Tapas Kumar Mitra, Lal Ajit Kumar Ambashta, Trilokinath Ojha, Jayaprakash were included in this.
Its information has also been given to Jharkhand State Bar Council Secretary Rajesh Pandey. Its copy has also been given to the Jamshedpur District and Sessions Judge.
Lal Ajit Kumar Ambashta told in the conversation that advocate Chandan Choubey was arrested with handcuffs on behalf of the Adhoc Committee.
There was a movement against the departure. The matter was taken up with the SSP on behalf of the Adhoc Committee. Meanwhile, the SSP had also given assurance of action. Only after this the movement was withdrawn. Despite this, some advocates wanted to continue the movement even further. Due to this controversy, the adhoc committee has resigned.
A group of some advocates of the opposition group called a meeting on Saturday and kept talking about the pros and cons, after which it was taken up by the Adhoc Committee.
