Jamshedpur: Banna Gupta addresses grievances at Public Hearing Program

Saraikela, Oct 15: The Saraikela-Kharsawan District Congress Committee under the party’s central and state leaderships’ guidelines, organized a public hearing program in Saraikela-Kharsawan during which, Jharkhand Health and Disaster management Minister Banna Gupta heard grievances of the people who came in from various areas and localities including Ichagarh and Kapali and provided immediate solutions.
The issues put forward by more than 110 complainants included matters Kapali PS, electricity department, land disputes, problems pertaining to widow and old age pensions, water supply among others. The Minister heard the problems and gave immediate directives to the relevant departmental officials to address the grievances promptly. In many instances, the Minister made note of problems put forward and wrote official letters to the respective departmental officials, instructing them to work towards resolving these issues.
Among those present during the public hearing programme included Manoj Jha, Sanjay Tiwari, Sanjay Thakur, and Bilal Gufrani.
