Jamshedpur: Kolhan University, Chaibasa, has postponed all examinations scheduled to be held on Friday, July 3, 2026. When contacted, a senior official of Kolhan University said that the exams have been postponed in view of the bandh called in Jamshedpur tomorrow. The university does not want the students to risk their lives while appearing for the examination.
According to an official notification released today by the university’s Examination Department, the decision to defer the exams was taken due to ‘unavoidable reasons’.
While the sudden postponement has left many students anxious, university officials have assured that the situation will be resolved quickly. The administration stated that the newly revised dates for the postponed examinations will be officially announced as soon as possible.
Students and college administrations have been advised to keep a close eye on the official university communication channels for further updates.
