Jamshedpur, Jan 12: Two motorcycle-borne criminals snatched a bag from a woman near C Block Professional Flats under Kadma police station area on Wednesday.
The broad day light incident occurred around 11 am when the victim, Mamata Minj, was walking alone from Airport Gate towards Professional Flats. Just then, the culprits approached her from behind and snatched her bag containing mobile phone and other things. Before Mamata could raise an alarm, the culprits decamped from the scene. Mamata cried for help, but no one came forward, said Ashok Ram, officer-in-charge of Kadma police station.
Ram said police had identified the culprits and that they would be arrested soon. He said CCTV camera footage helped identity the culprits.
