Jamshedpur: Ayushman Cards to 275 Bagbera Colony residents

Jamshedpur, July 16: A free Ayushman Card camp was organized jointly by social organization ‘Help and Help’ and the Bagbera Colony Panchayat Representative Sunil Gupta at Kali Mandir premises on Road No. 5 in Bagbera Colony. A total of 275 individuals were provided free Ayushman Cards at the camp.

The camp was inaugurated by social worker, BJP leader and former Zila Parishad Vice President Rajkumar Singh who was honoured on th occasion with a shawl.

In his address at the free Ayushman Camp, Rajkumar Singh said, “With an Ayushman Card the holder would be eligible for free medical treatment costing uptp Rs Five lakh. This makes it more essential for people belonging to the weaker economic segment.” Panchayat Committee member Sunil Gupta stated that the local people were deprived of the benefits of the Ayushman Cards as thse cards were not available. He said, “As such, this camp was set up to register the names of all eligible individuals.”  The organizing team comprised Shashi Acharya, Anamika Sarkar, Rakesh Singh, Sunil Gupta, Santosh Thakur, Anil Singh, Seema Pandey, Umesh Pandey, Abhishek Upadhyay, Jitendra, Manoj Rai, Rajkumar Singh, Rajni Devi, Usha Devi, Rita Devi, Sandeep Vishwakarma, Pawan Ojha and Guddu Tiwari.
