Jamshedpur: Assault case accused threatening victim

Jamshedpur, Sep 8: A group of youths had assaulted one Kittu Singh of Kadma during idol immersion after Ganesh Puja near Adityapur Bridge on 5^th September last. They were armed with sharp weapons and hockey sticks. After the incident, some of them are now posting videos on social media challenging police, sources said.

Sources claimed one of the accused persons had uploaded a video in which he reportedly admitted having assaulted Kittu with a chopper. He said no one could do anything against him, sources said.

Kittu’s father has lodged a case against Rajkumar Singh, Raju Singh, Golu Singh, Lalu Singh, Akhilesh Singh, Sumit Kumar, Samir Raj and others in this case.
