Jamshedpur Arbiters to officiate National Junior Chess Championship 2025

Jamshedpur, Dec 15: Jamshedpur will have strong representation at the National Junior Chess Championship 2025 for boys and girls, starting December 16, with several local arbiters selected to officiate the prestigious event. International Arbiter Jayant Kumar Bhuyan, along with IA Chandan Kumar Prasad, IA Vishal Kumar Minz, A K Singh, SNA Anirudha Sahu, SNA Soukhin Kundu, SNA Sweta Kumari, SNA Aman Choubey, SNA Shubhangi Verma and Purabi Ghosh, all from Jamshedpur, will serve as officials in the tournament.

Ambarish Joshi of Gujarat will be the Chief Arbiter, while Jayant Kumar Bhuyan of Jamshedpur and Deepak Kumar of Ranchi will act as Deputy Chief Arbiters.

The championship will also select four boys and four girls to represent India at upcoming World and Asian Championships. N K Tiwary, General Secretary of the East Singhbhum District Chess Association, extended his best wishes to the local arbiters.
