Jamshedpur, August 1: Police here arrested Guddu Goswami, accused in Ajay Sao murder case of Sonari on Monday.
Sources said Goswami, allegedly the main shooter in the murder case, was arrested from Galudih. Earlier, Ranjeet Jha, another accused in the case, had surrendered before court on Saturday last.
Sources said Guddu had reportedly confessed his involvement in the murder and told police he had shot Ajay Sao at the behest of Manish Singh, prime accused in the case.
Guddu told cops Ajay was reportedly planning to get Manish killed. When Manish came to know about Ajay’s plan, he got him killed to save himself, Guddu told cops, sources claimed.
