Jamshedpur, June 28: A van driver, identified as Vishwajeet Sardar of Kolkata, died in the collision of his vehicle with a tanker near Pipla on the National Highway 33 on Tuesday.
Sources said the mishap occurred in the morning when the van rammed into a tanker coming from Ghatsila to Jamshedpur. The van was reportedly going from wrong side. The van driver got stuck in his vehicle and was somehow taken out by police. He died during treatment at MGM Hospital, sources said.
