Jamshedpur, July 21: Parsudih police nabbed four members of a vehicle theft gang and recovered 10 stolen two-wheelers from their possession. Out of the 10 two-wheelers two were found in unclaimed condition.
Informing to media, SSP East Singhbhum, M Tamilvanan said that the nabbed culprits included Vikram Pal of Haludabni, Parsudih, Shubham Yadav of Coal Tal, Parsudih, Lalmohan Bhumij of Namatola in Pursudih and Raj Mahali also of Haludabni.
The police had earlier nabbed Manish another member of the gang two days before from Bagbera and forwarded him to jail. The gang leader was Vikram Pal and they were making plans to sell the stolen vehicles to Odisha and Bengal through an agent in Odisha for Rs 20,000 and acting on tip-off police rounded up Vikram and on his disclosure other members were arrested and their plans foiled.
