Jamshedpur, March 27: A 22-year-old woman, Doly Devi, committed suicide by hanging at her house in Dhobi line in Daiguttu under Mango police station area in the wee hours today.
The police said this to be a case of suicide and has sent the body to the MGM Medical College mortuary for post-mortem having taken a statement from the deceased’s husband Rajesh Kumar Ram. The police could not say anything about the reason behind the suicide. A senior police official said that the matter is being investigated.
