Jamshedpur: State government has decided to renovate the Jahersthan in Zone Number 2 of Birsanagar at an expense of Rs 80 lakh. This was announced on Monday by Pawan Agrawal, representative of Chief Minister Raghubar Das, after laying the foundation stone of nine development projects worth Rs 25 lakh in Biranagar jointly with Sanjeev Kumar, representative of Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato.
Agrawal said roads, drains, boundary walls, culverts and community buildings were being built on a fast pace in Jamshedpur East assembly constituency. He said development works were being carried out all over Jharkhand. He said the building of Ho community would also be renovated soon. He said certain anti-social elements were resorting to the unconstitutional act of Pathalgadi to misguide the Adivasis, especially youths.
Among those present on the occasion included Ram Prasad, Boltu Sarkar, Anil Agrawal, Sandhya Rani Mahato, Jitendra Mishra, Mohan Pandey and Sanjay Pal.
