Jamshedpur, Feb 26: East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar has been transferred to Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society, Ranchi, as its Chief Executive Officer. He is succeeded by Jadhav Vijaya Narayan Rao, director of Urban Development and Housing Department. The state government has transferred 17 IAS officers. A notification has been issued by the Department of Personnel and Raj Bhasha.
