IWC plans ‘Inner Wheel Garden’ at Jamshedpur Cooperative College

Jamshedpur, July 25: In a joint environmental initiative, all five Inner Wheel Clubs (IWC) of Jamshedpur came together to plant trees at Cooperative College, launching the newly dedicated “Inner Wheel Garden” in honor of District Chairman 2024–25, Alokananda Bakshi.

Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur President Agnes Boyle, DC Alokananda Bakshi, former president Sarika Singh, and members from all clubs, including the newly formed Club Ashmita, participated enthusiastically. The group planted 10 rose plants, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability.

The project, supported by Cooperative College Principal Dr. Amar Singh, marks the beginning of a long-term plan to transform the space into a beautiful community garden. Members expressed gratitude for the support and pledged to maintain and develop the garden as a symbol of collective action and green responsibility.
