IWC East celebrates Independence Day at Red Rose School

Jamshedpur, August 16: The Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East commemorated India’s 77th Independence Day with an eventful celebration at Red Rose School, Mango. Club’s President, Sampa Upadhyay, hoisted the national flag in the presence of students and staff members from the school. The event began with a collective rendition of the national anthem, filling the air with patriotic fervor.

President Sampa Upadhyay delivered an impactful address, touching upon the significance of the day and the importance of patriotism in the nation’s progress. The students showcased their talents through a medley of patriotic songs and engaging cultural performances, adding a festive touch to the celebration.

As a gesture of goodwill, chocolates and flags were distributed among the students, symbolizing the unity and camaraderie that Independence Day embodies. The event was graced by several prominent figures including Immediate Past President (IPP) Archana, Vice President Madhumita Sanyal, Treasurer Neelima Prakash, and esteemed senior members. Also in attendance was the former Principal of Red Rose School, Mrs. Ashok Prasad.
