Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme concludes at Srinath University Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: The valedictory ceremony of the Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme 2025–2026 between Maharashtra and Jharkhand was successfully held at Srinath University on Thursday. The programme marked the culmination of a vibrant cultural and educational exchange aimed at promoting unity, mutual understanding and national integration among young participants.

The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Atif Habib of Jamshedpur, who delivered an inspiring address encouraging students to continue building bridges of friendship and collaboration across states. He emphasized the vital role of youth in nation-building and in strengthening the spirit of cultural harmony across the country.

The event was presided by Chancellor Sukhdev Mahato, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. S. N. Singh, Registrar Dr. Yahya Mazumder and Dean of Administration Dr. J. Rajesh. In their addresses, they appreciated the dedication of the organizing team and lauded the enthusiastic participation of students from both Maharashtra and Jharkhand.

The programme was organized by My Bharat, Jamshedpur, under the leadership of District Youth Officer Montu Patar, in collaboration with the NSS Unit of Srinath University under the supervision of NSS Coordinator Shalini Ojha. Their coordinated efforts ensured the smooth execution and grand success of the event.

As part of the concluding celebrations, a cheerful post-Holi gathering was organized with the visiting students from Maharashtra. The celebration reflected the essence of unity in diversity and strengthened bonds of friendship through cultural exchange and shared experiences.

The Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme 2025–2026 once again reaffirmed its commitment to fostering national integration and empowering youth through meaningful engagement and collaborative learning.
