Jamshedpur: An Inter House Spell Bee, Mimicry and Poster Making Competition was organized at Govind Vidyalaya, Tamulia, on Saturday.
The students from class I to class V impressed the juries by spelling many tough words correctly. The students from class VI to class VIII performed mimicry of different characters and entertained the guests and others in the gathering.
The poster making contest was for the students from class IX to class XII. The participants made posters on women freedom fighters of the country.
The jury members included Vikas Anand, Mohammad Wasim, Santosh Kumar and Nistha Kumari. The dignitaries present on the occasion included the school director Dr Bramhadutt Sharma, principal Dr Sunita Sinha, vice principal Mouli Majumdar and administrator of the school Krishna Modak.
The Spell Bee contest winners included Sadia Perween, Peeyush Dubey, Fatima Bano, Vasu Pathak, Raiyan and Sania Perween.
Those who won the mimicry contest included Muskan Singh, Mansi Kumari and Achint Simran. The poster making contest winners included Pragya Pratap Singh, Farman Rasool Mallick and Altamash Ahmad.
