Instructions to check all the migrants coming from outside

Jamshedpur:  In the light of the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner, an important meeting was held today by the Block Development Officer, Kumar S. Abhinav at the Sub-Divisional Hospital, Ghatshila. During this time necessary guidelines were given at some important points.

The Community Health Center in-charge medical officer constitutes a team and after conducting screening of all the migrants from outside. If they are found positive, they are to be sent to the quarantine center and the negative found persons are to be kept in home isolation. Again, after 7 days, people living in home isolation were instructed to be tested. It was directed to supervise this work by the Monitoring Child Development Project Officer.

Block Development Officer Ghatshila instructed that areas of the Panchayat should be identified that people with symptoms like cold cough, typhoid are found to be subjected to rate tests, while the Block Program Manager was instructed that during the investigation Members of the surveillance team and a member of JSLPS will cooperate in the work there.

One oximeter will also be made available per panchayat so that oxygen cylinder beds can be made available to patients before the critical situation by checking oxygen level in time.
